Naga Kitchen in Guwahati is a great place to try Naga cuisine. The food is good and reasonably priced. The restaurant is in a convenient location on G S Road in Six Mile and is well-liked by the residents. Try the pork with bamboo shoots, which has a powerful flavour, or the Naga fried rice, which is also highly recommended. Naga cuisine is spicy, but one eatery may have managed to strike a healthy balance for all palates.
Don't forget to try bamboo pork.
