The Assam Zoo and Botanical Garden is the largest of its kind in the country's North-East area, located just 6 kilometres south of the powerful Brahmaputra river that runs through the state. The zoo features beautiful landscape gardens, plenty of wildlife, and a relaxing atmosphere. It has had a significant impact on the state's and country's biological landscapes.
It is strictly maintained to make a distance from the cage.
