Why to visit Zagori
This place is part of the Epirus region and is a gem in the Aegean crown. Zagori has well-marked trails that wind through lush forests, stone arches, creeks, rivers, deep gorges, temples, and more than 45 settlements. The distance between Corfu and the Zagori region on the Greek mainland is approximately 93 miles (150 km). The most easiest method to arrive to Zagori is to take a boat from Corfu to Igoumenitsa and then drive or utilise a private transfer to your ultimate location in the Zagori region.
