9'ine Native Cuisine is a charming cafe in Gangtok's suburbs that specialises in Asian, Tibetan, and Nepalese foods. The cafe is a popular hangout spot, especially for its excellent Tibetan food, and visiting it is one of the top things to do in Gangtok. Aside from wonderful meals, the cafe also has beautiful views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Food is produced to order (rather than half prepared) and hence is shockingly fresh. You can enjoy traditional north Indian cuisines in addition to the local food. Go for the window-side seats in the dining room, which let you to take in the bustle of MG Marg while also allowing you to people-watch.
