The Chamera Lake is a man-made reservoir for the Chamba Dam, located near Dalhousie in the Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh. In addition to being a favourite picnic spot, it is also a popular sailing spot. Speedboats and rowboats can be used to explore the lake, as well as kayaking and canoeing.
Remember to leave your belongings on the shore if you're preparing to go boating.
