Why to visit Main Street

Everything is offered here, from Bhutanese stamps to Kiran, the country's national garment. Handcrafted Bhutanese boots, dried Yak cheese, beautiful needlework, and weaving can all be found in various shops. Keep an eye out for expensive jewellery in the shops, as well as pricey silver amulets and other sorts of traditional wearables. Make sure to include this location in your itinerary because it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bhutan.

Paro's main street, which is two lanes long, is famed for its ancient Buddhist souvenirs and prayer materials. Here you may buy some of the more unique items. Take a stroll down Paro's main street to admire the countless stores and the mountain in the distance. If you are a tourist, you must purchase a memento; otherwise, you will obtain all necessary items for the same purpose.

Special Tip

Try going to the Sunday market on this street to observe how many beautiful items the Bhutanese sell in their different businesses.
