Why to visit Baitala Deula
The temple's most significant aspect is its tower, which blends a semi cylindrical shape with chaitya openings, each carved into magnificent shrines, and is reminiscent of South Indian architecture. Goddess Chamundi can be seen towering atop a cadaver, stabbing his neck with an archer, a blade, a snake, and a spear, while holding an arrow, a blade, a snake, and a scimitar. Her brilliant red tongue extends in ferociousness, and she is wearing a choker of skulls.
Tini Mundiya Mandira, or the three-headed temple, is another name for Baitala Deula Temple. The three huge towers at the summit of the temple complex inspired the name. These are representations of the three mighty Goddess's powers, notably Mahalaxmi, Mahasaraswati, and Mahashakti.
