Hotel "Snow City Auli" is a budget hotel in a two-story chawl, not a five-star establishment. The location and view from the room, balcony, and courtyard were simply breathtaking. We could see the snow-capped mountains, including Nandadevi's second highest peak, from our room and balcony.
We had the impression that we were deserted in a small and lonely Himalayan village. There is no pollution, no highway, no large buildings, no vehicle movement, no market, and no uproar.
Check-in begins around 14 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m.
