Why to visit Gulab Bari
Gulab Bari is widely known as the Garden of Roses. It is the tomb of Nawab Shuja-ud-Daula, the third Nawab of Faizabad. The garden was used for religious purposes. Its enormous gate has intricate carvings with a notable twin-fish motif.

At Gulab Bari, you can see the following wonders:
- At the Gulab Bari entrance, you’ll see an Ashok Pillar which was installed on 1st July 1992.
- The tomb’s main entrance has a large wooden gate secured with strong iron rods.
- Inside there’s a fountain with various kind of fishes.
- Gulab Bari has an Imambara attached to it. The mosque is decorated with domes and tall minarets.
- You’ll also find a Hamam there, which was the royal bathing place.
