Dainkund Peak: Trek To The Hill That Sings
At a height of 2755 m, Dainkund Peak, also called the Singing Hill, is the highest point in Dalhousie. It is well known for its colorful flower valleys.
The 4.5 km trek is an easy, moderate walk that takes you through verdant fir and deodar forests.
After passing through Lakkar Mandi, the ascent to the Dainkund begins.
Major draws for Dainkund Peak include the Pholani Devi temple and an air force.
